Vicki Jones, M.B.A., Board of Directors
Ms. Jones is the Senior Vice President, Mass Market Sales, Service, and Care for AT&T and has more than twenty-nine years experience in P&L management, sales and sales management, marketing, installation, and customer service. Ms. Jones leads an organization of approx. 28,000 employees within AT&T, and has held various positions within AT&T (and SBC Communications, its predecessor company), including President – Business Communications Services, Midwest; Senior Vice President – Product Management and Development; and Vice President – Strategic Marketing. Ms. Jones holds an MBA in E-Commerce Management from Our Lady of the Lake University, San Antonio, Texas.
Don Reed, B.A. (Math), B.S., Board of Directors
Don Reed has over 40 years experience in business development, operations, mergers & acquisitions and general management. He currently serves as President of Agave Resources, LLC., a private equity firm focused on investing in early and mid-stage high growth companies. Prior to that Mr. Reed served as CEO and Chairman of Geotrace Technologies, Inc., an international reservoir services company specializing in high technology seismic data processing for oil and gas companies. Geotrace was founded by Mr. Reed under the name Geo-Trace Enterprises in 1979, and was active in it's growth and expansion until the company was sold in 2003. Mr. Reed spent the 17 years prior to founding Geotrace Technologies with Amoco Production Company in various management, technical and exploration positions. He served in the U.S. Infantry as an Intelligence Specialist, and holds a B.A. (Math) and a B.S. (Geology) from the University of Texas.
Julian T. Ross, M.B.A., Chairman & CEO
Mr. Ross is the developer of the OxySure® technology and the Founder of Oxysure® Systems, Inc. He brings over 20 years experience in technology and manufacturing, having functioned both in consulting and operational capacities at senior management level. His vertical experience includes technology and corporate finance. He has worked for and with start-ups and established organizations, including Anglo American Corporation, Volt Information Sciences, Tandy Corporation, Merrill Lynch, Ernst & Young, Sun International and Isle of Capri, Inc. Mr. Ross has enjoyed an Academic Scholarship from Shell Petroleum (Engineering and Mathematics) and an Academic Scholarship from the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, where he received an MBA in Finance.
John Lansdown, B.S., Ph.D., Dir of Research
Dr. Lansdown has over 25 years experience in research, development and product commercialization, of which over 11 years experience is in advanced analytical chemistry. Prior to joining OxySure®, Dr. Lansdown worked as an analytical geochemist at the University of Texas at Austin. In that capacity, he managed the state-of-the-art ICP Mass Spectrometry facility in the Department of Geological Sciences. Dr. Lansdown has also held scientific, development and management positions with Advanced Technology Materials, Inc., Ashland Chemical at Motorola and the department of Geochemistry at the University of Toronto. Dr. Lansdown is well published, and received a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Syracuse University and a Ph.D. from the University of Washington.
Henry T. McDonald, B.A., B.S., Regional Sales Manager
Mr. McDonald has 22 years of sales and logistics experience with The Campbell Sales Company, Pepperidge Farm, Inc., and The Quaker Oats Co. Prior to joining OxySure, Mr. McDonald held various sales management positions in the consumer products industry and managed businesses with sales volume in excess of $45 million annually. For the nine years prior to joining OxySure he was responsible for the Wal-mart, Inc. business along with the retail broker operations for the U.S. He has extensive experience with sales planning, forecasting, product innovation & development, and new item launches.
Zhao Li, B.S., M.S., Director, China & Pacific Rim
Mr. Li has over 12 years experience in diplomacy, international negotiation, policy research, and global project management. As the Senior Advisor on East Asian and Pacific Affairs at the United States Department of Labor, he advised senior U.S. officials on international labor and diplomacy. He served on the U.S. Senate's Finance Committee and the Congressional-Executive Commission on China, contributing to the formulation of U.S. trade and foreign policies. He was also a Senior Associate and Acting Director of the Asia Program at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, and is the author or editor of numerous books and articles, including the Cambridge University Press Modern China Series, Hong Kong under Chinese Rule: The Economic and Political Implications of Reversion. Mr. Li has managed international projects totaling over $50 million in China, India, Thailand, and Vietnam. He holds a B.S. and an M.S. from Georgetown University, and is an honorary mine inspector of U.S. MSHA's Fifth District.
Richard Jarvis, Production Manager
Mr. Jarvis has over 33 years experience in production and supervisory roles in medical device manufacturing, quality control, and service & repair. Prior to joining OxySure, Rick supervised and trained 85 production employees at Quest Medical, Inc. Prior to that, he was a Production Supervisor at the medical device company Karl Storz, with responsibility and oversight of all repair and quality control operations. Prior to Karl Storz, Mr. Jarvis spent 23 years in the US Navy, where he served variously as Production Manager, Life Support Systems Manager and Program Manager in various parts of the world.
