Julian T. Ross, M.B.A., Chairman & CEO

Mr. Ross is the developer of the OxySure technology and the Founder of OxySure Therapeutics, Inc. He has served as CEO of the company since inception in January 2004, and has raised over $20 million for the company to date. He also built the company and all its operations and processes, including the manufacturing operations, spearheaded all regulatory approvals (including FDA approval, ANVISA approval, GSA approval, DOT approval and CE Marking approval), set up the distribution channels, and took the company public in late 2011. He is a high energy, results-oriented individual, and he brings over 25 years experience in technology, medical devices and manufacturing, having functioned both in consulting and operational capacities at senior management level. His experience includes at least a decade in corporate finance, including public and private financings, and mergers & acquisitions. He has worked for and with start-ups and established organizations, including Anglo American Corporation, Volt Information Sciences, Tandy Corporation, Merrill Lynch, Ernst & Young, Sun International and Isle of Capri, Inc. Mr. Ross has enjoyed an Academic Scholarship from Shell Petroleum and an Academic Scholarship from the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, where he received an MBA in Finance.

Jeremy ("Jerry") M. Jones, B.B.A., Board of Directors

Mr. Jones is the former Chairman & CEO of Apria Healthcare and brings over 35 years of healthcare industry experience to the OxySure Board. Mr. Jones founded Homedco Group, Inc., a home healthcare services company, which he took public in 1991. Homedco merged into Apria Healthcare Group, Inc. (“Apria”) in 1995 and from 1995 through January 1998, Mr. Jones was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Apria, which became the largest homecare service provider in the nation under his leadership through merger, acquisitions and increased market dominance, and was sold to the Blackstone Group (NYSE: BX) for $1.7 billion in December 1998. Mr. Jones currently serves as Chairman of On Assignment, Inc. (NYSE: ASGN), a $1.3 billion leader in the healthcare and life sciences sectors focusing on in-demand, skilled medical and technical staffing. Mr. Jones also currently serves on the Board of CombiMatrix Corporation (Nasdaq: CBMX), and has invested in, and has served as Chairman of home health service companies, Byram Healthcare Centers Inc, and Lifecare Solutions, Inc, until their sale in 2008, and 2011 respectively. He has also served on the Board of US Labs, Inc., acquired by Lab Corp in 2005, and Cardium Healthcare, acquired by CenCorp Health in 2006.

During his career he has successfully led healthcare industry coalition efforts to unify the industry's splintered message to legislators, and has served two terms as Chairman of the Health Industry Distributors Association (HIDA) and was a Board Member of the National Association of Medical Equipment Services and founding Chairman of the Home Oxygen Services Coalition. He received the Dr. Jonas Salk Memorial Mentor in Medicine Award from the March of Dimes, recognizing him for his proven medical achievements as well as support of wellness programs aimed at the prevention of birth defects.

Tom Cox, B. Acc., Board of Directors

Tom Cox is an advisor and consultant to various public companies and private equity firms. Mr. Cox also serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of FCX Performance, a portfolio company of one of his private equity firms. FCX Performance is a leading distributor of specialty process flow control products and services with 34 locations serving 35 states and over 525 employees. Prior to that, Tom was Executive Vice President with MSC Industrial Supply, a NYSE listed global company for 17 years until his retirement in November 2014. In that role his areas of responsibility included Field Sales, Call Centers, Ecommerce, Telesales, National Accounts /Government and he oversaw an organization of approximately 3,000 Associates. He has extensive experience in sales force effectiveness and acquisitions/integration.

During Tom’s tenure, MSC Industrial's sales increased from just over $500 million to close to $3 billion in sales.

Before joining MSC, Tom was President of his own transportation business, MailNet, with offices in the United States and overseas. He also spent a decade in the United States and Europe with TNT Express Worldwide, an international transportation company. At TNT, he was responsible for Worldwide Sales and Marketing based in Europe and also held the position of President of the Americas.

Mr. Cox holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from St. John's University.

Richard Bryant, Manufacturing Manager

Mr. Bryant joins OxySure after over 20 years in FDA controlled, medical device manufacturing and production management environments. At OxySure Mr. Bryant focuses on managing and improving production systems and processes, working with production staff and line leads, including production travelers, parts, the inventory system, quality system, and shipping & receiving system. Mr. Bryant also plans and manages production outputs, managing assigned resources, and effectively leads and supervises teams of production employees.

Ed Huntsberry, Human Resources Manager; Territory Manager, North Texas

Mr. Huntsberry has over 30 years experience in Human Resources, Operations, Sales & Marketing and Business Development. Prior to joining OxySure in 2011 he spent four years in sales, marketing and management roles in the AED and emergency preparedness distribution industry. Prior to that he spent decades in the retail industry, working in various sales, marketing and management roles for companies such as Pier One and Limited.

Mr. Hunstberry is responsible for all OxySure's Human Resources functions as well as business development and strategic customer support for corporate, government and school customers in the North Texas regional area.

Dan Cavazos, Territory Manager, South Texas

Mr. Cavazos comes to OxySure following 20 years of sales success in the education market, business to business markets, and Federal, State, and City Government Agencies. Most recently, he was the Health & Safety Territory Manager for the American Red Cross, selling Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), First-Aid, and CPR/AED training courses, where in 2014 he doubled revenue over the prior year and increased his new business by 125 percent. Mr. Cavazos also spent almost four years at Cardiac Science, a leading manufacturer of AEDs, where he was a multiple quota achiever and President’s Club recipient in 2007, finishing at 162 percent of plan. Prior to Cardiac Science, he spent over 12 years at Polaroid Corporation, where he held various sales and management positions, including New Business Development Manager, selling diagnostic-imaging devices to hospitals, physicians, forensic experts, B2B, and government. Mr. Cavazos received his Bachelor of Business Administration & Management degree from the University of Texas-San Antonio.

Mr. Cavazos responsibilities includes developing the education, public access, B2B and government markets, while supporting and growing our current distribution base in the San Antonio area, as well as Central and South Texas, including Corpus Christi and the border towns of Laredo, McAllen, and Brownsville.
